ABOUT
Marc Plunkett, an Arizona native, started doing Taxidermy at the age of 10 years old. He worked on anything he could get his hands on. At the age of 16 years old, he worked in local taxidermy shops to further his education and experience. At 20 years old he moved to Alaska mounting trophies that came from Alaska to Africa. At 22 years old he opened Wildlife Creations Taxidermy in Glendale, Arizona. Throughout the years many taxidermists had similar names in the country so he changed the name to Marc Plunkett's Wildlife Creations Taxidermy, Inc. then to the current name of Wildlife Safari Art.
There is no job too big he cannot handle, including custom positions. To name a few of his greatest accomplishments are two fighting life size hippopotamus, and a life size elephant. He says he has been blessed at an early age of being artistic and being able to hunt and study wildlife his whole life. Marc has studied and shot several trophies from Arizona, Alaska to Africa. His passion now is still the study of wildlife mostly through the lens of a camera.
